Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”)
1. The promoter is Haier Smart Home UK & I Ltd, 302 Bridgewater Place, Birchwood, Warrington, England, WA3 6XG (“Promoter”).
2. The Promoter offers a Free Haier I-Master Home Barista Hot Drinks Machine - Series 5 HMB5A S5 to all purchasers of Eligible Orders (the “Gift”).
3. An Eligible Order includes orders:
a. placed between 14th April 2025 00:01 and 29th April 2025 23:59; and
b. for all orders over £500; and
c. placed on shop-uk.haier-europe.com
4. The Gift will be available to residents of England, Scotland and Wales.
5. Employees of the Promoter or their family members or persons connected with the Promoter shall not be permitted to claim a Gift.
6. Purchasers must be aged 18 years or above.
7. How to claim:
a. A voucher code for the Gift will be sent to the email address used to make the Eligible Order a minimum of 30 and no more than 40 days from the date of delivery.
b. The email will include a link to order the Gift.
c. Add the Gift to the basket and then enter the voucher code at checkout to redeem.
d. Voucher codes must be redeemed by 30th June 2025 23:59.
8. Orders which do not meet the criteria set out in these Terms will not be an Eligible Order and will not be entitled to the Gift.
9. If:
a. the Eligible Order is cancelled or the goods under such Eligible Order are returned within 30 days of purchase, no voucher code will be sent to the purchaser.
b. the goods under the Eligible Order are returned before the Gift has been claimed by the purchaser, the voucher code will no longer be valid and no Gift can be claimed.
10. Provided an Eligible Order has been completed a claim can be made for more than one promotion offered by the Promoter.
11. Purchasers can contact the Promoter for assistance via the contact us form found at https://shop-uk.haier-europe.com/pages/contact. You can expect to receive a response within 24 hours Monday – Friday.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require claimants to provide further verification as to proof of purchase. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to reject those claims which are, in their opinion, fraudulent or invalid.
13. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failed or undelivered emails.
14. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.
15. By submitting a claim for the Gift, purchasers agree to be bound by these Terms.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these Terms.
17. No cash alternative to the Gift will be offered. The Gift is not transferable. The Gift is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute the Gift with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
18. The Terms are subject to the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
19. The Promoter will process personal data provided by you in accordance with our Privacy Policy https://shop-uk.haier-europe.com/pages/privacy-policy which sets out full details of how the Promoter processes personal data and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject.
20. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for: (i) any liability arising from a cancellation, or delay of, or change to, the Gift; or (ii) any act or default of any third party supplier; or (iii) any injury sustained as a result of the Gift, save to the extent of death of personal injury due to the negligence of the Promoter. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Free Gift Return Policy Terms and Conditions (“Return Terms”)

1. Eligibility for Return:
- Only the main purchased product is eligible for a return in accordance with our standard return policy.
2. Free Gift Return Policy:
- Gifts are considered promotional items and have no monetary value.
- Customers returning the main purchased product are NOT eligible to receive any monetary compensation, refund, or store credit in lieu of the Gift.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for Gifts, and they cannot be sold or redeemed for cash.
3. Discretionary Rights:
- The Promoter reserves the right to make exceptions to these Return Terms in special circumstances or at its discretion.
