Small Appliance Price Match Promise

If within 7 days of your purchase from shop-uk.haier-europe.com you find the same model advertised at a lower price on any approved retailer’s website, we’ll refund the difference.

In order to make a claim with the Haier UK Price Match Promise, the following conditions must be met:

• The Purchase must have been made on our site shop-uk.haier-europe.com
• The Product must be the exact same model as it appears on shop-uk.haier-europe.com
• The Product must be in stock on both the Haier Kitchen UK website and the qualifying retailer’s website
• Qualifying retailers are: AO, Very, Argos, John Lewis and Amazon (only).
• Price Match cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, including but not limited to Discount codes and vouchers
• The Promise does not apply to a product sold by a qualifying retailer that is recondition, refurbished, used, damaged, returned, open box or a demonstrator product.

To take advantage of our price match policy, contact us at support.ecommerce@haier-europe.com with details of the offer you wish to match and the screenshots/images of the offer on the competitor’s site. Our aim is to then process all refund request within 7 working days.

Any purchase of our products from small-appliances-uk.haier-europe.com are governed by our Conditions of Sale.
